Private time with attorney Tamsen Horton

Connected.

Arrive scattered. Leave connected.

Bring the thing that's not working. Leave knowing what to do next.

The legal question. The tangled process. The business friction you can't quite name. Let's look at what's happening, connect the pieces, and make a plan you can actually use.

Where the pieces connect

Your problem rarely stays in one lane.

It shows up in one place. It may start in another. A legal question that is really a sales page problem. A team hiccup that is really a contract gap. I sit where legal, sales, and team infrastructure overlap, so we can follow the thread instead of patching a symptom.

  • Legal. Contracts, policies, risk, and the next right decision. Legal Infrastructure
  • Sales. Offers, funnels, checkout, and what happens after someone says yes. The NP2NYC runway
  • Team. Team Humans and Team Tech: the people and the tools that deliver. Meet the crew

Sound familiar?

You don't have to know which category it belongs in.

01

I have a legal question, but I think there's more to it.

02

My tools and processes are making this harder than it needs to be.

03

Something isn't working with my team, my offer, or my customer experience.

04

I need someone to help me see the next right step.

Or the fire has already started.

A refund request that turned sour. An agreement that went sideways. A contractor who holds the keys. If it is one of the predictable business moments, bring it here and we will run the drill on your real facts.

We trade messages on Voxer on the day you book. I'm available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern (EDT during daylight saving time, EST otherwise). Send your context, step away, and come back as your day unfolds.

How it works

Your answers are where the session begins.

  1. 1

    Book your format

Pick a time on my calendar for Zoom, or choose your day for text.

  2. 2

    Answer four questions

My Situation. What I've Already Tried. What You Need to Know Going In. What I Need to Leave With. No wrong answers, just be as real as you can.

  3. 3

    I read it all first

I review everything before we start, so our time goes to the real issue instead of catching up.

  4. 4

    We work it

You leave with a decision, a practical plan, and your next three steps.

What you take with you

Your colleague at the intersection

A fresh perspective. A useful law degree.

I'm an attorney and entrepreneur. I sit at the intersection of legal, sales, and team infrastructure, including both Team Humans and Team Tech.

Bring the real situation, in your own words. You don't need to know which category it belongs in or have a perfectly organized explanation. That's part of what we'll figure out together.

A trusted colleague. A sounding board. Someone who sees how the pieces fit.

Good to know

A few things to know.

Do I need to have a legal question?

No. Bring something creating friction in your business: legal, sales, people, tools, or processes. You don't have to identify the root cause before we talk.

What should I bring?

The issue you want to work through, the relevant facts, and what you've already tried. If you're not sure how to explain it, start with what's frustrating you.

How does the text option work?

We exchange text messages through Voxer on the day you book. It's asynchronous: we don't meet on a call or stay online together continuously. I'm available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern (EDT during daylight saving time, EST otherwise), and we go back and forth within that window. You can think, step away, and return between messages.

Will I get a recording?

Yes, for Zoom sessions you'll have access to the recording. The text option happens through Voxer messages instead.

How do I book?

Choose the button for your preferred format. The Zoom button opens my live-session calendar, and the text button opens the separate calendar for your Voxer day. You'll pick your time and book through Acuity.

How is a session different from a Business Fire Drill?

The Business Fire Drills are plain-English, self-guided drills for the predictable moments every online business hits. A session is a private conversation about your exact situation. You can run a drill first and bring what's left to a session.

Where can I read the terms?

Please read the Individual and Group Appointment Purchase Terms before you book.

Your next right step

Let's work through it.

You don't need to keep carrying the same question around. Bring it to our conversation, and let's find a way forward.

Please read the Purchase Terms before you book.
