Airport Architect
Your business is the airport. Airport Architect is the self-guided engagement that designs it — from when it operates, to the brands that fly, to the sales pathways, offers, lounges, and the team of humans and technology that keeps it running.
Eight phases, released in sequence as you move through the work. You go at your own pace. When Tamsen runs live Airport Architect sessions, you’re in.

The Eight Phases
Phase 1
Airport Hours
When is the airport open? Annual living rhythm, seasons, protected time, life constraints. The foundation everything else rests on.
Phase 2
Airport Type
What kind of airport are we designing? Always-on international hub, seasonal commercial, hybrid, or private. Compatibility over aspiration.
Phase 3
Airlines
Which brands are flying? Evaluate each one: role, founder presence, volume, compatibility. Approved to land, approved with restrictions, or not approved.
Phase 4
Runways & Flights
Authorized paths and offers. Every flight needs a ticket, a destination, and a landing. If it doesn’t land, it may not be a flight.
Phase 5
Lounges
Where do people wait, belong, and stay connected when not boarding a flight? People don’t mind waiting. They mind feeling trapped.
Phase 6
Team Tech
Technology is hired to do a job. Audit who you’ve already hired, run performance reviews, map every tool to the runway. Design before buying.
Phase 7
Team Human
Where is a human actually necessary? Place people intentionally — by role, outcome, timing. Build the org chart before you need to fill it reactively.
Phase 8
Final Design Review & Handoff
The architectural walkthrough before the plans go to the builders. Every phase confirmed. Every decision explicit. Build-ready blueprints in hand.
