How it works

The NP2NYC framework has four phases. This tells you which one you're in.

Most people think they're further along than they are β€” which means they're applying the wrong solutions to the wrong problems. This diagnostic finds where you actually are, based on what's true in your business right now.

Phase 1

Completing

Building the runway β€” North Pole, lead magnet, intro offer, automations. Not yet promoting or converting.

Phase 2

Promoting

Showing up at your North Pole consistently. List is growing. The runway is live and being fed.

Phase 3

Converting

Leads are coming in. The runway is built and running. People aren't buying yet β€” or not consistently.

Phase 4

Implementing

People are buying. The runway works. Now you're scaling what's already converting.

Answer honestly based on what's true right now β€” not what you're planning or what used to be true. The playlist is only useful if the answers are accurate.
