Giveaway is provided by Vacationing Life LLC (the “COMPANY”) to only those persons that are eligible. This giveaway is also governed by the COMPANY’S privacy policy. 

 

ELIGIBILITY: 

Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older (the “ENTRANT”, or “you”, or “your”). All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

CONTEST PERIOD: 

The voluntary comment for gift card  (the “GIVEAWAY”) entry period begins when the YouTube video is publicly published on Wednesdays at 10:30 am EDT and ends with the release of the next publicly published YouTube video. No GIVEAWAY lasts more than one (1) week. (the "GIVEAWAY PERIOD"). Winner is selected from entries properly submitted (the “ENTRY” or “ENTRIES”) by the ENTRANT and timely received during the GIVEAWAY  PERIOD. 

 

Any ENTRY that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines is void. 

 

HOW TO ENTER: 

During the GIVEAWAY PERIOD, the ENTRANT must use the designated video  link provided by the COMPANY to the ENTRANT to submit your voluntary submissions to the COMPANY.  Limit One (1) ENTRY per person, per video during the GIVEAWAY PERIOD.  

 

There are no alternative means of entry outside of the designated video link provided by the COMPANY and or if the ENTRANT finds the video on YouTube.

 

WINNER SELECTION: 

Winners will be determined by random drawing to be held weekly on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM EDT.  Winner will be selected from ENTRIES received during the GIVEAWAY PERIOD. The potential winner will be notified via a posted comment reply from the COMPANY on the ENTRANT’S posted comment within seven (7) calendar days from when the winner is selected. The winner has forty-eight (48) hours to contact the COMPANY and provide the necessary detail(s) for COMPANY to send the prize to the winner. 

 

The drawing will be conducted by the COMPANY, the judge of the GIVEAWAY, whose decisions on all matters relating to the GIVEAWAY shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the COMPANY may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

 

PRIZES AND /ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE:  

Prize awarded is a $50.00 Amazon digital gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize: $50.00 USD. Overall odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the GIVEAWAY PERIOD . No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer.

 

CONDITIONS:

COMPANY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the GIVEAWAY  (or portion thereof). COMPANY also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the ENTRY of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, COMPANY reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party.

 

By entering, ENTRANT waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against COMPANY or any others associated with this GIVEAWAY. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless COMPANY from any and all liability arising from their participation in the GIVEAWAY, or COMPANY’S use of any entry information. 

 

Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Michigan, within Kent County without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Michigan, within Kent County.  

 

YouTube is not a sponsor of this GIVEAWAY and all ENTRANTS release YouTube from any liability related to this GIVEAWAY. 

 

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE.  

As a condition of ENTRY into the GIVEAWAY, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to the COMPANY,all right, title and interest in to use the information submitted in any and all reasonable means in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, ENTRANTS agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
