What is the ONE thing you need to do in Kajabi today?

Where do I start with Kajabi?

If you haven't yet seen the North Pole to New York City Method (NP2NYC™ Method) then start there. I promise worth all 20 minutes of your time. Every single piece of Kajabi falls into the tight container that is NP2NYC™. 

I read a combination of books about four years ago in anticipation of becoming the mom of two - Essentialism and The ONE Thing. 

If you haven't yet read the book, the ONE Thing by Gary Keller, I can't recommend it more highly. It is one of the core books of my life and for the simple fact that it brings our attention to what is the one thing if we did it, it would minimize or eliminate everything else.

This concept is so important when we are building our business in Kajabi, we're not building a hobby or trying to recreate a job. We are makers, we're creators, we are building a business in Kajabi.

When you are building your first Kajabi product.

First step.
First concert.
First kiss.
Firsts start with ONE.

Firsts aren't 2, 3, or 20.
Firsts are ONE.

Now if you've been following along these past few days we've been focused on picking ONE product or service. Our ONE exquisite "dish" if you will that we are known worldwide for. 

And yesterday's how to pick one thing raised another great Kajabian listener question - but what if I want to do 15 products?

I'm brand-new to Kajabi, what do I do?

Me: How long have you had Kajabi?

Kajabian: I'm on the 28-day trial.

Me: Ok, how long have you had your online business?

Kajabian: Just started.

Me: Ok ... yes, in the course of your online business career you may very well have 15 products but you didn't take your 15th step or go to your 15th concert first.

Stick to building and focusing on your first product.

How do you pick the ONE Kajabi product to build? 

Ask 10 people and you'll likely get 10 answers.

Here's how I've boiled it down.

Where do you want your next $20,000 to come from?
Not COULD come from but WHERE.
Could is wrought with choices.
Where is specific location.

What product or service do you want 1000 people to buy?

If you had 1000 people in one of your products or services, which one is it?

Not well, I could have 50 here, and 200 here, and another few over there.
Which ONE?

The beauty and the beast of Kajabi is that we can do whatever we want so easily.

The tricky part is we don't always know what we want.
Or we're afraid to limit our choices and miss out.

  • So if you had $20,000 waiting for you next month, what product or service did you sell?
  • If you had 1000 people sign up for your program or service, what did they buy.

You can always expand what you offer.
You are not limiting yourself.
