Ranges are nice but not helpful. The bills in your life are specific, use that same detail in answering this question. "I need to make $5,000 each month from the sale of my ceramic coffee mug."

If you don't have a price yet, how many humans (pick a finite number) can you accommodate selling to? "Unlimited" is not an answer. If you say "unlimited" or "I don't know" then just choose a finite price.

1. How much MUST you make from the sale of your NYC each month - $5,000
2. Price of your product - $100
3. Divide (1) by (2) = # of sales you MUST make
4. 20 people will see your read magnet (North Pole)
5. 10/20 will enter their name and email into your lead magnet.
6. 5/20 will buy your Intro product/service (if you have one)
7. 2/20 will buy your NYC. 
8. Now you take your (3) which is how many individual sales need to happen and apply the fact that 2/20 will buy NYC. 
9. How many people need to:

(b) Opt in for your lead magnet
(c) Purchase your intro product (if you have one)
